Horses & Healing

This 5-week program integrates evidence-based counseling techniques with guided interaction alongside horses to promote emotional regulation, resilience, and interpersonal growth. Group sessions are facilitated by a licensed mental health professional and are intentionally limited to five participants to ensure individualized attention and therapeutic safety.

HG Caregiver Training & Support

 

Trauma-informed classes designed for adoptive parents, caregivers with PMC, and respite providers seeking TBRI® Caregiver certification.

Nurture Group: Connection

​

This Nurture Group focuses on deepening attachment and connection between parent and child through an intentional equine-assisted activity. As parents lead the horse carrying their child around the round pen, families will explore what it feels like to give and receive guidance, trust, and emotional support. Participants will be encouraged to notice emotions, thoughts, and regulation in real time, and to reflect on how connection grows through attunement, calm leadership, and shared presence.
